Villa Paloma Construction Update-July 2025

August 2024

February 2025

We Have Wonderful News!

This past June, a few of our board members had the opportunity to travel to Ayacucho, Peru, where we witnessed firsthand the nearly completed construction of the long-dreamed Villa Paloma Home for our youth.
And what a joy it was!
Seeing the progress with our own eyes filled us with hope and excitement.
Very soon, our young people will be able to enjoy a safe and welcoming space, made possible through the collective effort and love of this community.
Thanks to your incredible generosity, we are now just one step away from making this dream a reality.
It fills our hearts to know that together, we are building a future filled with dignity, safety, and opportunity for the youth of Ayacucho.

Take a look above to see some beautiful photos of the new Villa Paloma!:

Welcome New Members!

We’re also thrilled to have resumed activities that had been on hold for far too long.
One special highlight was our long-awaited Welcome Gathering for new members: an afternoon filled with joy, laughter, shared stories, and beautiful new friendships.
It reminded us of the power of community and connection.
Every smile, every hug, every conversation brought us closer as a family united by purpose and heart.
To all who joined us: thank you for showing up with love, energy, and open hearts.

We’re so happy to have you with us on this journey!

AEA Lima: 40 Years Anniversary

40 Years of Love That Transforms Lives!

This past June we joyfully celebrated the 40th anniversary of our beloved sister organization, AEA Lima. It was a beautiful celebration in Lima, a fun night filled with memories, hugs, and deep gratitude for all we’ve lived and accomplished together.

Many of you know the story: AEA was born from the inspiring initiative of our beloved Pope John Paul II, with the mission of bringing care, love, and hope to orphaned and abandoned children in Ayacucho.

Since then, it’s been four decades of unwavering dedication, first by supporting the youngest in vulnerable situations, and later by expanding the mission to include the youth who grew up in our homes. This journey gave rise to the youth residences Villa Paloma and Villa Haydee, created so those children, now teenagers, could continue a higher education and build a future as fulfilled, independent, and empowered adults.

As part of this growth, AEA Miami was also born; established in 1987 as an extension of the original program. Later, in April 1999, it was formally recognized as a nonprofit organization under the name “Asociación Emergencia Ayacucho Inc.” in the state of Florida.

Today, more than just a celebration, this anniversary is a powerful reminder of what love, faith, and shared commitment can achieve.

Thank you for being part of this story. Let’s keep walking together, with our hearts in Ayacucho and our hope burning bright.

A Taste of Wine, A Touch of Kindness

A Taste of Wine, A Touch of Kindness

This past Thursday, April 17th, we had the true joy of hosting a private Wine Tasting Class, made possible through the generous collaboration of the wonderful Italian Winery, Tenuta Torciano.

It was more than just an evening of great wine and learning — it was a gathering filled with warmth, generosity, and shared purpose.

Every event we host is dedicated to raising funds for the homes we support in Ayacucho, and we’re so happy to share that, thanks to your incredible support, we succeeded. Together, we’ve made a meaningful impact.

To each and every one of you who joined us, contributed, and supported our cause. Your generosity and spirit mean the world to us and to those whose lives you’ve helped brighten.

THANK YOU!
